Subject to full payment of the applicable license fee ($4.99 Early Access rate or standard retail pricing), StreamTune ("Licensor", "We", "Us") grants you ("Licensee", "You") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, perpetual, non-sublicensable license to install and execute StreamTune on up to a maximum of two (2) personal computing devices owned and operated exclusively by you (e.g., your primary gaming computer and a secondary streaming laptop).
You explicitly agree NOT to, directly or indirectly:
OBS Studio® Nominative Fair Use: "OBS", "OBS Studio", and related marks are registered trademarks of Wizards of OBS LLC and The OBS Project. StreamTune is an independently developed commercial utility that interfaces with OBS Studio via standard native configuration files and the public OBS WebSocket v5 RPC protocol. StreamTune is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with The OBS Project.
GPLv2 Isolation: StreamTune operates completely out-of-process and does not link against, bundle, or distribute any GPLv2-licensed `libobs` binaries. All audio processing and calibration commands interact exclusively over standardized system IPC.
Other trademarks referenced on this website (including Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, HyperX, Shure, Elgato, Windows) are the sole property of their respective trademark holders and are used strictly under nominative fair use for descriptive and compatibility identification purposes.
Because StreamTune provides a 1-Hour Full-Feature Free Trial allowing every customer to test and verify complete compatibility on their physical audio hardware prior to purchase, refunds are governed by the following strict, binding terms:
STREAMTUNE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT STREAMTUNE WILL MEET YOUR INDIVIDUAL STREAMING REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE ERROR-FREE, OR PREVENT ALL AUDIO DISTORTION, BACKGROUND NOISE, CLIPPING, OR DROPPED FRAMES RESULTING FROM HARDWARE FAULTS, THIRD-PARTY VST CRASHES, OPERATING SYSTEM UPDATES, OR ISP NETWORK PACKET LOSS.
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, LICENSOR'S ENTIRE AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC STREAMTUNE SOFTWARE LICENSE (I.E., A MAXIMUM OF $4.99 USD).
Informal Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Licensor in writing to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute or claim informally for a period of at least thirty (30) calendar days.
Binding Individual Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement or StreamTune shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND LICENSOR EXPLICITLY AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, COLLECTIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. or international trade sanctions or embargoes and that you are not listed on any prohibited or restricted party lists maintained by the United States Government or competent international authorities.
Licensor reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this website. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full legal force and effect.
